An excellent Diet to get over Both Type 1 and Type two Diabetes!

I have been clinically determined to have type 1 diabetes for over 10 years ago. A perfect diet plan for diabetes: Breakfast
Among my favorites diabetic-friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with fresh fruits & nuts. However, not any of them!! I choose organic, unsweetened whole cereals, for example several of Nature’s Path products, or simply soaked or gradually cooked oatmeal, spelt, buckwheat or millet. For milk, I choose unsweetened and organic soy milk (Natur a or maybe So nice), or perhaps I make my personal milk, with soaked almonds, rice, sesame, soy, or else. Never ever will I use cow or animal milk, as it’s not destined for adults, especially not adults of another species.
What help make those cereals delicious are the dry fruits and nuts I include.
