Kevin: Tell us a little bit about your experience dealing with schools, working with children. What is a great way to begin introducing these types of foods to children?

I raised a son that had a considerable amount of problems with allergies and focusing and most of the stuff we call ADHD today. If parents believe that a small is okay, I truly don’t think it is anymore. The children that are being created nowadays are significantly less powerful as they had been 20 30 years back. Each generation we get slightly weaker because of all the environmental influences & everything. I think it’s absolutely critical to start your kids out on an extremely nutritious diet. I would definitely include a cultured meal in the diet of theirs.
