Kevin: Tell us a bit about your experience dealing with schools, working with children. What is a good way to start introducing these types of foods to kids?

The kids that are being born in today’s world are significantly less strong as they were 20-30 years ago. Each model we get slightly weaker because of all the environmental influences & everything. In case they are younger and you’re raising them with a healthy diet, the formation of theirs will be much stronger and a lot more ready to cope with junkier foods while they enter into a bigger, more expanded personal life.
