Living Foods – Add Life Force to Your Diet For Better Health

What’s a living Food? (No, I’m not speaking about whatever you find out in the back of the refrigerator!) The simplest description is that it has an impressive vibrational quality. If we could calculate the possible energy (on a subtle level) of a Living Food, it would be full of life-force energy prepared to be readily absorbed by the consumer.
Over 10 years back, I was brought to the idea of Living Books with the job of Charlotte Mason, a beginning 20th century British educator. The philosophies of her totally changed my approach to homeschooling and exactly how I used books. Just like Living Books haven’t been stripped of their humanity-their story-and aren’t abridged or perhaps dumbed down. All of the components of the entire work together synergystically to produce something greater.
Living Foods are pleasing to the palate, nose, eyes and even on the ears (think of the sizzle of stir frying produce or steaks on a grill). If you do not enjoy eating it, you don’t absorb the vitamin value of the meals well. Living Foods are not “twaddle” and junk. Junk foods tend to be created only to be appealing and don’t have any real vitamins and minerals. Junk foods are generally subjected to intensive industrial processing which destroys the majority of the nutritients. These usually come in a flashy box or bag and are highly marketed. In some instances, Living Foods are literally alive. Also, we refer to enzymes in foods as being “live” although they’re actually just specialized protein molecules. Enzymes are damaged or “killed” in foods that have been heated to temperatures that are high.
